Composer, recording artist and songwriter Andrew Keoghan now resides in Los Angeles, after his fair share of globetrotting.  Born on the Caribbean island of Antigua, where his mother taught piano and father worked as a plant scientist, Andrew was raised in New Zealand after the family returned to their homeland.  There he studied classical composition and opera singing while at university, performing in Puccini's Turandot, before traveling to Brazil to learn percussion in Rio De Janeiro's samba capital, Lapa.

This year Andrew scored the music soundtracks for two very different Warner Brothers International television series - the first, Treasure Island, was filmed in Fiji, with the second being a 6-episode New Zealand dark comedy, called Fresh Eggs

Andrew has composed the wide-ranging soundtrack for three consecutive seasons of StoryBooked, a documentary series following creatives on their personal journeys around the world, which screened on the A & E network and in Spotlight theaters.

He has scored music for commercial campaigns by Hyundai, GE Finance and iD Tech.

His song Bright Idea featured on the ABC television series Mixology.  In 2016 he contributed music to the feature-length documentary Le Ride (SXSW, NZFF) and composed the theme music for Smithsonian / CBS program Flying High.

Andrew has released two albums, Arctic Tales Divide & Every Orchid Offering. Both combine contemporary orchestral and electronic elements, with a pop sensibility.
